Ansal Aastha Rajkot: Long-term living ka doubt?
Rajkot — I'm seriously looking at upgrading from my 2BHK near University Road. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone has some 3BHK options that look decent, but honestly, I'm a bit wary. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be higher for sure. Is the premium worth it for a bigger space? Heard stories about builders making cancellation and refund processes a nightmare. Ansal API ka experience kaisa hai if plans change after booking? Do they hold up your money or is it smooth? Also, post-possession maintenance charges. Rajkot mein, especially for these bigger projects, I've heard they start reasonable but then skyrocket. Ansal Aastha mein society maintain kaise hoti hai after 2-3 years? Aur RWA formation builder ke control mein rehta hai ya proper handover karte hain? Being an end-user, long-term living experience matters a lot. Any insights ya tips on these points would be super helpful. Thanks!

Bhai, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi thoda darr lagta hai. Rajkot mein toh fir bhi theek hai, but inke projects Delhi-NCR mein bahut delay hue hain. Cancellation aur refund ka process toh sach mein nightmare ho sakta hai. Mere ek dost ka experience bahut kharab raha tha Gurgaon mein, 2 saal tak paise atke the. Unhone RERA mein complain ki thi tab jaake kuch movement hua. So, agar aap plan change karne ka soch rahe ho, toh pehle se hi paper work bahut strong rakhna. Ek baar agreement mein clause check kar lena, nahi toh builder aapko ghumata rahega.
RERA mein kitne cases hain inke Rajkot projects ke against? Kisi ko pata hai kya?
Bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Ansal API ka track record itna clean nahi hai. Main bhi Rajkot mein hi dekh raha tha Krishna Kunj ke paas, unke ek site visit ki thi. Sales team toh bahut smooth baat karti hai, but jab details mein jaao toh bahut red flags dikhte hain. Especially for first-time buyers like us, it's a huge risk.
