₹29.90 lakh for an Ansal Aastha Mig Zone flat, I'm seriously considering it for investment. Based in Dubai, can't do site inspections easily, so relying on community input. My biggest concern is the resale market. Is it liquid enough for an NRI to exit smoothly in 5-7 years? What kind of rental yield can one realistically expect there? Aur Ansal ka builder track record kaisa hai in Rajkot? Need to know if managing tenants and then selling will be a headache without being physically present.
