Past few months I've been tracking Rajkot's property market. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone completed project mein interested hoon. ₹29-30L range mein, iska actual resale-value kya hai? Be careful with builder hidden costs. Ansal Aastha might seem good but sometimes maintenance charges are unexpectedly high. Kisi ko pata hai Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ke current maintenance charges kitne hain? Compare kiya hai Krishna Kunj ya aas-paas ke projects se?
Haan U5, maintenance charges around ₹2.5-3 per sq ft hain. Which is okay, but add up quickly. Krishna Kunj mein thoda kam tha last I checked, but unki amenities bhi different hain.

Exactly, U1! Liquidity is a big concern. I checked Ansal Aastha Mig Zone (RERA: UPRERAPRJ5670) last year. Possession date was 2022-06-01, so it's relatively new. But I heard from a property agent ki yahan investor activity high thi initially. Agar investor ratio high hai, toh resales market mein bahut units ek saath aa sakte hain, jo prices ko push down kar sakte hain. Investor vs end-user ratio kitna lagta hai aap logon ko?
