Rajkot Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein, kids moved out, so smaller flat socha tha. Par green areas aur clubhouse, just for show lagte hain. Usable nahi. Maintenance waste. Kya karein?

Maintenance toh har society ki problem hai. Builders sirf selling ke time bade-bade waade karte hain, baad mein koi sunta hi nahi. Bahut frustration hoti hai.
Meri ek relative ne bhi Ansal ke project mein invest kiya tha Krishna Kunj ke paas, unko bhi maintenance aur amenities mein bahut dikkat aayi thi. Builder bas paper pe sab dikha dete hain aur jab possession milta hai, toh reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Especially green areas aur clubhouse, woh toh bas marketing material mein hi acche lagte hain.
Yeh maintenance ka issue bahut common hai, especially jab builder handover kar deta hai. Society ko khud hi manage karna padta hai aur woh bhi costly hota hai. First-time buyers ke liye ye hidden cost samajhna mushkil hota hai. Always check the society's current maintenance charges and what's included before buying.
Same here, mere dost ne bhi ek project mein liya tha, starting mein sab accha laga, baad mein pata chala ki swimming pool kabhi functional hi nahi hua. Yeh seniors ke liye green area ka issue toh aur bhi critical hai, unko toh walk ke liye jagah chahiye hoti hai.

Possession 2022 June mein ho gaya tha, toh abhi tak amenities theek nahi hue kya? Price bhi 29-30L hai, itna spend karke bhi yeh haal. Yeh toh first-time buyers ke liye bahut bada red flag hai.

Ya shayad Ansal ke aur projects UP mein honge aur yeh number general hai. Rajkot mein toh bahut builders hain, Krishna Kunj area mein bhi kaafi naye projects aa rahe hain, but sabki quality check karna bahut zaroori hai. Is price range mein 29-30L, Rajkot mein aur bhi options mil sakte hain, thoda aur research karo.
