Site visit pe gaya tha, construction abhi chal raha hai. As an investor, I'm worried about long-term quality impacting resale and tenant attraction. Kya dekhe under-construction sites pe for future issues? Specifically, water supply ki reliability, tank capacity ka kya scene hai? Tanker dependency toh nahi hogi? Aur elevators ka maintenance response time kaisa hai? Builders promises toh bade karte hain, but actual quality after 2-3 years, especially with seepage ya cracks, is my main concern.
