Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last Saturday. Honestly, I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Everyone talks about the low entry price (around 30L for 2BHK), but nobody mentions if it's genuinely good to *live* in daily. Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? The gym seemed small. Is the community vibe friendly, or isolated? And what about actual noise levels and air quality? My EMI vs rent math only works if it's a decent place, not just cheap. Change my mind if I'm wrong.
