Ansal Aastha: Remote investor's exit strategy dilemma
Did some online research on Rajkot properties this week, specifically Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself, which is tough. It's completed, which is good, but I'm looking at it purely for investment. Price range seems okay at ₹29-30L for a 2BHK. My biggest worry is the resale market there. How liquid is it, really? Is there an active secondary market for Ansal properties in Rajkot? I need to know if I can actually exit this investment easily in 5-7 years. Also, what's Ansal's general track record like for delivery and project quality in the long run? I'm thinking about capital appreciation but also need to consider who'd buy it from me without much hassle. Need a clear picture before I even think about power of attorney and remote management.
