Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Saturday. Completed project hai, toh delivery risk toh zero hai. My main focus is on investment potential. ₹29.40 L to ₹30.10 L ka price point hai. But what's the actual capital appreciation history yahan? Kisi ne past price data track kiya hai? Also, current rental yield kitna mil raha hai? I'm worried about liquidity for resale. Is the secondary market active enough for a quick exit if needed? Investor ratio versus end-user ka data mila kisi ko? Don't want to get stuck in a ghost society. Any insights on exit strategy in 5 years?
