Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Rajkot for investment, mainly Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site inspections myself. Relying on local contacts and community for ground truth. My brother will visit soon, but honestly not sure what to tell him to look for during an under-construction site visit. Are there specific visible signs of good or bad construction quality *before* possession? Like wall finishing, plumbing lines, or window frames? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Tanker dependency toh nahi hai na? Reliable supply is crucial for long-term tenant satisfaction and my ROI. Logon ke experiences kaise rahe hain with the initial visible quality?

Bhai, Ansal Aastha Mig Zone toh 2022-06-01 ko hi completed ho gaya tha as per RERA (UPRERAPRJ5670). Aap abhi investment ke liye dekh rahe ho? Generally, Ansal ke projects mein thoda quality issues ka track record raha hai, especially in other regions. Rajkot mein situation alag ho sakti hai, but you really need to be careful. Agar bhai visit kar rahe hain, unko definitely bolna ki plumbing lines aur dampness ke signs check karein. Walls ke corners aur ceiling pe bhi dhyaan dena. Pani ki problem toh
