Ansal Aastha: The real cost nobody talks about
Just moved into my Ansal Aastha Mig Zone flat on Kalawad Road last month, and honestly, the hidden charges were a nightmare. Everyone talks about the good location and build quality, but nobody prepares you for the final bill shock. My 3BHK was supposed to be around ₹70L, but with all the PLC, EDC, and maintenance deposits, it went way over. They don't mention these things clearly during booking, then it's sprung on you right before possession. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Is this normal for Ansal API, or did I just get unlucky? I'm curious if others had similar experiences in Rajkot. Change my mind, but I think transparency is a huge issue here.

Totally agree with your point, OP! Yeh Ansal API waale har project mein aisa hi karte hain. My cousin bought in their Lucknow project, same story. Initial quote was good, but possession ke time itna extra maanga ki hadd ho gayi. Transparency ka toh T bhi nahi hai inki dictionary mein. It's a classic bait-and-switch tactic they perfect.
