Visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last weekend for my own flat. I work in real estate, but khud ke liye dekhna alag baat hai. Builder brochures toh sab accha dikhate hain. Honestly, I'm worried about real ground issues. Rajkot mein water supply ka kya scene hai? Has anyone faced issues with tank capacity or tanker dependency there? Aur elevators ka maintenance response time kaisa hai? Don't want to get stuck. Kya amenities actually use ho paati hain ya bas show-off hai? Need honest feedback, especially from residents.
