Ansal Aastha: Unexpected charges at possession?

Honestly, I'm pretty annoyed right now. Just got possession of my 2BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone on Kalawad Road last month. They hit me with so many extra charges at the very end. PLC, maintenance deposit, some random 'documentation fee'... It added like ₹2.5 Lakhs to the final cost. Is this normal for builders here? Did anyone else face this with Ansal or other Rajkot projects?
