Ansal Aastha upgrade: Are amenities actually usable?

Rajkot Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ke residents, thoda real talk chahiye. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or villa wahan pe. Project dekhne mein toh theek lagta hai, but amenities ki ground reality kya hai? Especially children's play area. Brochure mein sab dikhate hain, but is it actually usable aur safe for kids? Ya sirf ek "ticked-off checkbox" hai? Aur elevators ka kya scene hai? Smooth hain ya maintenance issues rehte hain, aur response time kaisa hai? Is the premium price worth it for these facilities, ya sirf dikhawa hai? Already have a home loan, so har penny matters. Kya aapko lagta hai it's a genuine home?
