Ansal Aastha: Upside potential or dead end?
Since I sold my last property in Ahmedabad, I've been eyeing Rajkot for another investment, specifically Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. It's completed, which is good, but from my experience, sometimes completed projects don't offer much capital appreciation upside. Jab launch hua tha, tab kya price tha? Aur abhi ₹29-30L mein worth it hai kya? I'm trying to calculate the real ROI here. Also, rental yield ka kya scene hai? People talk about 3-4% easily, but after maintenance and property taxes, actual pocket mein kitna aata hai? Koi bata sakta hai Ansal Aastha mein 1BHK ya 2BHK ka current rental income kitna hai? Don't want to invest and then struggle for good tenants ya low rentals. Honestly, I'm a bit confused. Is there any real capital appreciation left for investors in this project, ya phir it's just for end-users now? What's the general sentiment? Any fellow investors have insights on its long-term potential?
