Ansal Aastha water supply reliability?

Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last week. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. They talk up huge water tanks and borewells. But is the supply actually reliable, or will tanker dependency be an issue, especially in summer? My current place struggles. Is the premium for this amenity justified?
