Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Rajkot, fed up of renting yaar. Landlord raised rent again, so it's time to finally take the plunge. I'm looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, but investor perspective se thoda concerned hoon. Site visit pe sab chamakta hai, but under-construction quality ka kya scene hai? Especially elevators ki reliability. Is it high-speed and well-maintained ya frequent breakdowns hote hain? Also, water supply ka kya haal hai? Tanker dependency kitni hai? Reliable supply hai ya subah-shaam ka tension rehta hai? These small things affect tenant attraction and resale value big time. Kya lagta hai community ko, worth it hai Ansal Aastha for long-term investment?
