Has anyone tracked Ansal Aastha Mig Zone's capital appreciation since it launched? I'm eyeing a completed unit around ₹30L. Honestly, trying to figure out if much upside potential remains or if appreciation already happened. What's the real resale market like for these units in Rajkot? Is it easy to find buyers if I need to exit in 3-5 years? Liquidity and decent ROI are super important for my investment. Don't want to get stuck.

I tracked this project closely. RERA number UPRERAPRJ5670. Possession 2022-06-01 se ho gaya hai, so it's completed, which is a big plus. But the concern is, I still see many units listed for resale online. This usually means supply is high and finding a buyer quickly for a good price might be tough.
Haan, exactly! Agar itne units available hain, toh liquidity ka kya? Mera bhi plan 3-5 saal ka hai. Kahin phas na jaayein, that's my biggest fear as a first-time investor.
Bhai, 30L for MIG in Rajkot? Sounds a bit high for 'much upside potential' in 3-5 years. Appreciation ka window shayad close ho chuka hai, ya fir slow ho gaya hoga. I'm also a first-time buyer and this budget is a stretch, so I need to be sure.
Ansal ka brand value hai bhai. Location bhi prime hai. Long term mein toh good investment hi hoga, but short term ROI can be tricky.
Sahi baat hai yaar, mere friend ne Krishna Kunj mein similar config ka flat 28L mein liya tha last year. Ansal ka naam toh hai, but for a quick flip and good ROI, I'm not so sure about this price point.
