Ansal Aastha's connectivity is its biggest weakness, right?

Is Ansal Aastha Mig Zone really worth it for the daily commute? I'm in real estate, but buying for myself, I'm finding it hard to ignore the connectivity aspect. That area can get pretty choked during peak hours, right? Also, what's the real deal with parking there? Is it fixed covered parking or more of a lottery system? I know builders promise the world, but off the record, what's the actual ground reality for residents? Does it affect your daily life much? Just trying to get honest opinions here.
