Ansal Aastha's maintenance is a total joke.

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone mein maintenance charges bohot high sunne mein aate hain. But is the service actually worth it? My wife aur main 3BHK dekh rahe hain for our growing family, kids ki safety aur comfort matter karta hai. Log kehte hain society mein elevators frequently break down, aur paani ka issue bhi rehta hai. Matlab, reliable water supply hai ya hamesha tanker pe depend karna padta hai? Itni high charges leke bhi agar basic amenities ka haal bura ho toh kya matlab? Security guards bhi attentive rehte hain kya? I'm honestly not sure if it's value for money for us. Should we really consider it? Disagree? Tell me why.
