I'll be honest, getting a clear picture on carpet area versus super area is tougher than I thought. Kids have moved out, so we're downsizing from a big house. Looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot. Builders quote one price per sqft, but the final cost, with all the hidden charges and PLC, feels much higher. Is their carpet area efficient for a 2BHK? Also, for long-term appreciation, is Ansal Aastha a good bet over 5 years? Don't want to regret it. Any insights on real costs versus advertised rates there? Hope this helps someone too.
