Ansal Aastha's water supply feels like a gamble.
Honestly, I'm finding this whole flat-buying process so much more stressful than I thought. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking to sell our big house and move into something smaller, maybe a 2BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. It's close to the hospital, which is a big plus. But I'm really worried about basic necessities. My current place never has water issues. I've heard some newer Rajkot societies struggle with water supply, especially in summer. Are we talking daily tankers here? And what about power backup? Is it full flat, or just common areas? Don't want to be stuck without AC in summer. Anyone living there, or in similar projects, can you share your experience? Is the water tank capacity good enough? And how reliable is the power backup, really?
