Just got possession of my 2BHK at Krishna Kunj near 150 Feet Ring Road. Builder was Ansal API. Honestly, the final bill had so many unexpected charges yaar. Maintenance advance, society formation fees, even some "utility connection" charges jo pehle kabhi discuss nahi hue the. My budget for a 2BHK was around ₹65L, but with all these extras, it shot up significantly. They said it's all part of the OC process, but nobody told me this upfront. It feels like they hide these until the very end. Anyone else faced this in Rajkot? Especially with projects around Mota Mava? Kya karein, pay off silently or try to fight it? It's frustrating after putting in so much savings. How do you guys manage these surprise charges? Any tips for future buyers?
