Ansal API: Booking ke baad kya woh sunte hain?

Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — everyone glorifies the location, especially near AIIMS, but nobody talks about the customer support after booking. Mera experience toh kaafi kharab raha hai. Once you've paid, they literally go silent, forget addressing any issues. It's like they just disappear. Is it just me, ya Ansal API ka Rajkot mein yahi track record hai? I've seen this pattern before, but Ansal API takes it to another level. Should I even consider them for a 3BHK here? Disagree? Tell me why.
