Ansal API in Krishna Kunj: What's the *real* cost?
Krishna Kunj — we've been checking out 3BHKs there for a while now. My kids are growing up, need more space. Saw a few flats with Ansal API, around ₹85-90L for a 3BHK. My main tension is the *real* all-in cost. Builder quote mein toh base price dikhate hain, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and maintenance deposits... it all adds up so fast. Does anyone have experience negotiating the final figure in Rajkot, especially for a family home? Matlab, builder kitna discount deta hai on paper? I'm worried about hidden charges near possession too, like club membership ya some unexpected utility connection fees. We need to budget for interiors also, especially the kids' rooms. Any advice on how to get a clear picture of the *actual* final outflow?
