Been looking at Rajkot properties for a while, it's confusing. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, yaar. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka kya scene hai? Unka financial health aur project completion track record kaisa hai? Worried about project stalling. Any red flags for Ansal API's Rajkot projects?

Yaar, Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend's project in Krishna Kunj, not Aastha Mig Zone but by Ansal only, got delayed by almost 3 years. They are based in New Delhi, but presence in Raj

Totally agree! Ansal API ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. My friend almost got stuck in one of their delayed projects in Haryana.
Haan U1, RERA portal pe unka registration toh hai, but completion date kayi baar revised ho chuki hai. That's a huge red flag for me as a first-time buyer.
