Ansal API payment plan: Any negotiation scope?
Already own a 2BHK in Sector 49, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. I'm looking at some Ansal API projects in New Chandigarh, maybe a 3BHK flat. Builder is offering a construction-linked payment plan, but I'm wondering if a down payment scheme would be smarter for an investor like me? Matlab, if I pay more upfront, can I negotiate a better price ya spot discount mil sakta hai? Also, brokers sometimes push their preferred projects; direct builder se deal karna better hai ya broker through? Are there any hidden costs in these payment plans, like OC ya maintenance charges jo baad mein surprise karte hain? What's the scene with price correction zones around Sector 24C or Mohali? Trying to maximise ROI, so any advice on payment plans and negotiation tactics would be great.

Ansal API? Bhai, unka track record thoda shaky hai. Investment ke liye toh bahut research karna padega. Construction-linked plan mein risk zyada hota hai agar builder late kare. Down payment scheme mein discount mil sakta hai, but make sure agreement mein sab clearly likha ho. Mera ek dost Manimajra mein फंसे हुए थे, possession date pe date mili ja rahi thi. ROI tabhi milega jab project time pe complete ho. Hidden costs toh sabse bada headache hain, OC aur maintenance ka pehle hi pata kar lo.
