₹55 lakh for a 2BHK in Krishna Kunj, Ansal API ka pre-launch deal dekha tha. But ab lag raha hai, open market mein bhi similar pricing hi mil rahi hai. Matlab, early bird discount ka hype hi hai? Builder bolte hain spot discounts milenge, but then they suddenly say 'fixed price'. Is this just a tactic in Rajkot? Especially near 150 Feet Ring Road. I'm trying to maximize deal value. What's the real scene with pre-launch rates and last-minute spot discounts? Should I wait for more offers ya lock kar doon?

Totally agree with this post! I had a similar experience with another builder near Kalawad Road. They showed me a 'pre-launch' rate, but later found out it was almost the same as ready-to-move projects. Builders just play with words, so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
Haan bhai, same here! I was looking at a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj and the initial 'offer' was ₹65 lakhs. Kaisa discount hai ye?
