Ansal API project delay - anyone else facing this?

Since 2020, I've been waiting for possession of my 3BHK in Sector 78. Ansal API promised delivery ages ago. Kids' school admission is getting affected because of this delay. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood. Need to move ASAP. Honestly not sure what to do. They keep saying 'OC mil gaya hai, bas formalities baki hai'. But kab tak? Is it worth fighting them in court? Heard RERA complaints take forever. Should I just sell at a loss and move on? Anyone else stuck in a similar situation with Ansal API in Noida? What did you do? Kitna paisa phas gaya hai aapka?
