Did a site visit to Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last weekend on 150 Feet Ring Road. I work in real estate, but for my own 3BHK, I'm super cautious. I'm looking at a 3BHK, my budget is around ₹90L. What's the possession experience like with Ansal API in Rajkot? Matlab, jab handover hota hai, kya hidden surprises aate hain? I've heard kuch projects mein finishing issues aate hain, especially subcontractor quality ki wajah se. Is it true for Ansal Aastha? Aur wahan ke current residents ka word-of-mouth reputation kaisa hai? Any specific things I should look out for before signing? Don't want to get stuck with unexpected costs ya repair work right after moving in. Any advice from you guys?
