Ansal API refunds are a real headache

₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Indirapuram – is this the new normal? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara and thinking of upgrading. Ansal Tanushree in Ghaziabad caught my eye, but I'm worried about builder issues. Has anyone had to cancel a booking with Ansal API? I mean, what's their cancellation and refund experience actually like? Is it a nightmare getting your money back if plans change, or do they process it smoothly? I need to know before committing to another home loan.

Yaar, this is exactly my fear! I'm also looking at properties in Ghaziabad, maybe near Ahinsa Khand II, and the prices are insane. Ansal API ka naam sunke toh waise bhi darr lagta hai. Is it really that bad? I don't want to lose my hard-earned money if I have to back out.
