Sector 37 keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for a manageable 2BHK flat with an elevator, near a hospital. Ansal API ke projects dekhe hain. Kya kisi ko pata hai ki final all-in cost kitni hoti hai? Matlab, stamp duty, registration, parking, sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai from advertised price? Aur yeh spot discounts, sach mein kuch fayda dete hain ya bas dikhawa hai? Don't want any surprises near possession, especially at this age.

Haan, detailed breakup maanga tha, jaise U6 ne pucha. Generally, 10-12% extra pakad ke chalo for stamp duty, registration, club membership, IFMS, parking, and all those other little charges. Builders hide these very well, and they spring up near possession. It's frustrating.
Bhai, spot discounts are mostly marketing gimmick. They just add the amount somewhere else in the fine print. Don't fall for it.
Totally agree with your concern about the all-in cost! Ansal ka track record thoda shaky hai in terms of transparency. My friend almost booked a flat in Manimajra from a similar developer and then backed out because of hidden charges that came up later. Kya aapne builders se detailed breakup manga hai?
