₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 50 sounded good initially, especially from Ansal API. But ab samajh nahi aa raha. Sales team ne jo quote diya tha, usmein PLC, parking, society charges, aur maintenance advance add karke total cost ₹1.15 Cr tak pahunch gayi. Honestly, I had no idea it would inflate so much. Yeh all-in cost pehle kyu nahi clear karte? My parents keep saying to check everything, but this feels like a bait-and-switch. Is this normal for Chandigarh? Koi batao ki final price kaise negotiate karte hain ya hidden costs se kaise bachte hain. Kya super area bhi inflate karte hain builders? Bahut tension ho rahi hai. Any advice?

Totally relate! Builders always do this. Mera bhi same experience hua tha jab main ek 2BHK dekh raha tha. Yeh log sirf base price batate hain.

Same situation in Mullanpur Garibdass, they show one price, then add everything later. PLC toh samajh aata hai, but maintenance advance itna zyada kyu lete hain upfront? Does anyone know the logic behind it?
Haan bhai, this is totally normal. Prepare for more hidden costs, it's a standard builder tactic.
