Honestly, buying for myself after years in real estate is a different ball game. I know builders ki marketing, but Rajkot mein, especially for Ansal Aastha Mig Zone type projects, I'm finding it tough to verify their actual legal track record. Matlab, on paper sab theek lagta hai, but past project delays ya title issues ka kaise pata chale? Is RERA registration enough, ya there are deeper checks needed? I'm looking at a 3BHK on 150 Feet Ring Road, budget around 1.2 Cr, but don't want to get stuck.
