Ansal API's customer service Rajkot mein a disaster hai

Ansal API ka customer support Rajkot mein ek joke hai. Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ke liye booking ke baad, phone uthana bhi mushkil ho jaata hai. My experience with their follow-ups for documents and general queries has been quite bad. Delays ke time pe toh communication bilkul zero ho jaati hai, which is unacceptable for a ₹60L-₹80L property on Kalawad Road. End-users ke liye yeh trust factor bahut important hai. Is anyone else facing this issue? Change my mind.
