Ansal API ka customer support after booking, does anyone actually get replies? I'm currently in a 2BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Sales team toh acchi thi, but post-booking experience ka kya haal hai? Phone uthate bhi hain ya sirf emails ka wait karte rehna padta hai? Amenities jo brochure mein dikhate hain, woh real mein milte hain kya? My budget ₹1.2 Cr tak hai. Is the premium justified for their Mota Mava projects? Already have a home loan. Any tips?
