Honestly, I'm finding this whole 3BHK search in Rajkot more stressful than I thought. We're looking at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, near 150 Feet Ring Road. My wife's main priority is safety for the children and a good locality for their school admissions. The 3BHK options are decent, around ₹90L-₹1Cr. But yaar, Ansal API ka track record Rajkot mein kaisa hai? Especially post-possession, like if there are construction issues, do they even pick up the phone? Heard some things about plaster cracks and seepage in their other projects... Is it true for Ansal Aastha too? What's the general word-of-mouth about their dispute handling? Any current residents can share their experience?
