So, I'm looking to upgrade to a 3BHK near a good school for my kids' admission. My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood, so Noida seemed like a good option. But Ansal API... honestly, I'm scared. I visited Ansal Carnation Garden last month. The location is okay, but I keep hearing horror stories. Specifically, people are saying on-time delivery isn't their strong suit. Delay penalty clause bhi kuch khaas nahi hai, it seems. Anyone actually living there who can give me a real picture? Is the construction quality as bad as the reviews say? And are there hidden charges at possession that I should be aware of? Thinking of skipping it altogether tbh.
