I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest in Ghaziabad, and this completed project seems interesting. Can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm relying on you all for ground truth. What's the realistic rental yield one can expect there? I need to factor in property management costs, so actual net income is key. Also, how liquid is the resale market for Ansal Elegance? Is there an active secondary market, or do flats sit for ages? Worried about exit strategy in 5-7 years, especially managing from abroad. I mean, who buys these flats later?
