Livability ki baat kar rahe ho toh power backup, water supply aur security ka kya scene hai? Especially with kids, schools ka distance kitna hai? Koi Badshahpur se commute karta hai kya wahan se?

Schools ke liye, St. Xavier's and DPS are nearby, probably 15-20 min drive. Badshahpur se commute possible hai but expect 30-40 mins in rush hour, the road widening is still ongoing.
Mere ek relative wahan rehte hain, they say it's okay. Location theek hai, but maintenance thoda issue ho sakta hai. Completed project hai toh ready-to-move ka advantage hai, at least possession ki tension nahi hai.

Sahi kaha bhai, brochures toh sab achhe hote hain. I visited Esencia last month. Society vibe is decent, but roads around it are still developing. Connectivity to Airport Road (Gurgaon side) is okay, but peak hours mein traffic milta hai. For a completed project, it feels a bit isolated sometimes.
