Ansal Orchid Bloom ka carpet area jitna dikhta hai, utna comfortable nahi lagta. Just moved in last month, aur honestly, layout thoda congested feel ho raha hai 3BHK mein bhi. Balcony space bhi kaafi kam hai, especially for a family. Daily living ke liye kitna practical hai, I'm not sure. Koi aur yahan rehta hai kya? What's your first-hand experience with the apartment layouts? Also, neighbourhood quality ke baare mein jaanna tha. Schools aur markets toh paas hain, but society ka vibe kaisa hai? Mera matlab, community friendly hai ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? Kids ke liye play area accha hai but interaction kam lag raha hai. Kya yeh common hai Greater Noida societies mein ya Ansal mein hi aisa hai? Should I expect it to get better?
Ansal Orchid Bloom ka ROI bilkul underwhelming hai. Resale market dead hai. Capital appreciation toh zero. Rental yield bhi kuch khaas nahi. Koi batao, exit strategy kya hai?
Just moved into Ansal Orchid Bloom last month, and honestly, the hidden costs are killing me. Builder ne jo final bill diya, it's way more than what they said initially. Registration, PLC, maintenance advance, sab upar se laga. Jab hum CRC Joyous bhi dekh rahe the, they made it sound like everything was upfront. Is it just me, ya completed projects mein yeh extra charges ka drama zyada hota hai? CRC Joyous buyers, are you guys getting clear picture on total cost of ownership?
Carpet area efficiency is often overlooked when comparing projects, especially with these super area calculations. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 150 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Greater Noida. Ansal Orchid Bloom completed hai, but Drona Residency ongoing hai. Already have a home loan, so trying to justify the jump. Kya kisi ko Ansal Orchid Bloom ka real carpet area ka idea hai? Drona Residency ka builder trust factor kaisa hai, will they deliver on time? Which one looks better for 5-year appreciation, considering the price difference?
Visited Ansal Orchid Bloom. Amenities felt neglected. Pool ganda, gym old. Everyone praises 'completed' status, but is it genuinely good for daily living ya just good on paper? Change my mind.
