Guys, I'm looking to upgrade to a bigger 3BHK in Noida for my family. I've shortlisted Ansal Rainbow and Shaurya Alstonia. Both are ready to move, which is a must. What do you think about the carpet area in both? Space is important, yaar, with the kids growing up. Has anyone experienced the actual price vs advertised in these? They always add hidden charges, right? Also, which one is actually safe for kids and has a good society? Wife wants a proper society, not just flats. Mujhe advice chahiye, I'm confused! Should I even consider these? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which has better resale value in 5 years?
