Did a site visit to Ansal Sushant City last week and the prices quoted for a 2BHK were quite high, honestly. I'm fed up of renting and finally want to invest for good returns. My main concern is long-term capital appreciation. Has anyone tracked its price movement since launch? Kya price increase justified hai compared to other projects in Chandigarh, ya yeh already inflated lag raha hai? Also, iska RERA status bilkul clear hai na? Ansal ka delivery track record kaisa hai, especially Chandigarh mein? Don't want to get stuck in a project with endless delays. Want to make sure exit strategy clear ho, matlab 5-7 saal baad resale mein koi problem toh nahi aayegi?
