Ansal Sushant City: Feeling misled on amenities?
Did a site visit to Ansal Sushant City last month, thinking I'd finally escape the rent cycle. Honestly, fed up of landlords increasing rent again, EMI vs rent math was finally making sense. But yaar, builder ne brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi thi, unki reality kuch aur hi lag rahi hai. Swimming pool ka size dekh ke laga ki it's for kids only, aur gym bhi kaafi basic hai, it's not what they hyped. They promised a lot more. Has anyone taken possession recently? What was your experience with the actual amenity quality vs. what was promised? Feeling really confused if this is worth the plunge or just another trap.

Totally feel you, U1! Yeh builder log brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain aur reality mein kuch aur hota hai. I visited a project near Manimajra last month, same story. Swimming pool was basically a splash pad. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us jo apni life savings daal rahe hain.
