Ansal Sushant Serene Residency — everyone talks about the low entry price, but I'm not seeing the real appreciation potential. For Tower 8B/12E, what's the actual rental yield people are getting? I work in real estate, but buying for myself, I need honest opinions on resale liquidity. Is exit easy or will it be a struggle in 5 years? Change my mind.

Ansal Sushant Serene Residency ka entry price toh low hai, I agree. But liquidity ka issue bahut real hai. Builder ka track record bhi mixed hai. RERA number UPRERAPRJ4969 toh hai, aur project completed bhi hai (Possession date: 2022-03-01), but market mein buzz nahi hai. I've seen units in similar Ansal projects in Alpha II Greater Noida struggling to find buyers for months. Kya ye sirf ek value trap hai?
