Ansal Sushant Serene's amenities are just for show

Did a site visit to Ansal Sushant Serene Tower 10 D today. Fed up of renting, landlord ne rent phir se badha diya. The project looks decent, but I'm really wondering about daily life. Jo amenities dikha rahe hain, are they *actually* useful? Or just for show, not sure. Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya isolated? EMI vs rent math ab sahi lag raha hai.

Yaar, aaj Ansal Sushant Serene Tower 10 D ka site visit kiya. Rent se toh itna pak chuka hoon, landlord ne phir se hike kar diya. Project theek-thaak laga, but amenities ko lekar bahut doubt hai. Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse... yeh sab sirf dikhawe ke liye hain ya actually log use karte hain daily? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly neighbors milenge ya sab apne mein hi rehte hain? EMI vs rent ka calculation ab sahi lag raha hai, bas thodi clarity mil jaaye.
