Ansal Tanushree possession experience — actual carpet area surprise
Indirapuram — I've been living in Ansal Tanushree for about 3 months now, and honestly, the possession process was a bit of a shock. I bought a 3BHK, paid around ₹75L, thinking I knew what to expect. But the actual carpet area vs. advertised super area, that was quite a difference. My 1400 sqft super area felt more like a 900 sqft carpet area. During handover, they rushed things, didn't explain society rules properly, and the initial maintenance deposit was higher than discussed. Now, the post-possession maintenance charges seem steep for basic amenities. Water supply is okay, but traffic to Delhi is a nightmare. Has anyone else felt this with Ansal API projects in Ghaziabad? Is this normal for builders here, or just my experience with Ansal Tanushree? Any advice on dealing with maintenance issues after possession?

Same to same experience, bhai! Ansal API ka track record Ghaziabad mein kuch khaas nahi hai. Mera ek relative ne bhi pehle Ansal Plaza mein liya tha, wahan bhi possession mein delay aur phir
Yaar, yeh carpet area wala scam toh har jagah hai lagta hai. 1400 super area aur 900 carpet? This is ridiculous! I was looking at a project too, aur builder ne bola tha 'almost same hi hoga'. Ab darr lag raha hai.
