After paying rent for ten years, I finally thought it's time to own something. Ansal Valley View Estate Sohna mein ek flat liya tha. Brochure mein sab sahi laga. But after possession, yaar, construction quality kaafi average lag rahi hai. Walls mein hairline cracks dikh rahe hain, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose hain. Kids play area bhi itna chhota sa hai, bas naam ke liye. My kid hardly uses it. Maintenance charges poore le rahe hain, but facilities bilkul theek nahi.
