Ansal Valley View Estate residents, your honest feedback?

Did a site visit to Ansal Valley View Estate last week. Kids have moved out, so we don't need such a big place anymore; looking for something manageable. It's a completed project, which is good. But is it genuinely good to live in daily, ya? What's the society vibe like, is it friendly? Also, what are the actual maintenance charges here? We're looking for low costs and good hospital proximity. Any long-term residents can share their experience post-possession? Not sure if it's the right fit.
