₹74.45 lakh for Ansal Zinnia Garden, that's what I'm seeing for a 2BHK. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different ballgame, yaar. Everyone talks about capital appreciation here, but for a completed project like Zinnia, kitna upside bacha hai, honestly? I know Ansal's track record isn't always shiny. Mujhe lagta hai investor ratio yahan kaafi high hoga, which can affect future appreciation and rental demand. Kya yahan end-users move kar rahe hain, ya mostly investors hi hain? I'm looking for a solid resale value in 5-7 years, not just a quick flip. Off the record, what's the real ground reality? Change my mind if I'm wrong.
