Ansal Zinnia Garden: What happens after possession?

Ansal Zinnia Garden mein construction quality after a year kaisa rehta hai, koi bata sakta hai? We're seriously considering a 3BHK wahaan, family badh rahi hai, kids ke school admissions bhi dekhne hain. My wife is really concerned about the actual build quality once you move in. Matlab, after 6-12 months, cracks, seepage, ya bathroom fittings ki issues kitne common hain? Brochures toh sab achha dikhate hain, but real life mein kya haal hai? Aur maintenance charges jo ₹4-5/sqft batate hain, kya wo service quality justify karte hain? Yaar, kids ke liye safe aur well-maintained society chahiye. Current residents, please share your experiences. Am I overthinking the long-term quality aspect?
